Worked with Frankie to identify all the flaws that were done by the home builder on my new home. He was amazing and RDZ roofing did an awesome job repairing the roof. Spirit of craftmanship definitely is taken to heart on the work they do. All the work that RDZ roofing did was done with care, precision and quality. I HIGHLY recommend using them for your roofers, you will not regret it. I will use them again for any roofing problems that occur.

RDZ came through when all others failed. We have a relatively new roof have damage that cause water leakage to our home. 3 different companies came out and tried to get a whole new roof for a minor issue. The RDZ team came out accessed the damage. The showed me what the issue was, how long to expect our shingles to last and lastly repaired our damaged area to perfection. Whether small roof issue or complete roof replacement I'm only going with RDZ Roofing from here on. Followup. Right after RDZ finished my roof repair. There was a pretty big down pour. Frank and the RDZ team stayed around in the pouring rain to make sure their work held up. AND let me tell you. It held up like a champ.
A couple weeks back after that light hailstorm we had in Williamson County we were fortunate enough to be referred to RDZ Roofing and connected with Frank who came out right away to assess our roof. Not only did he assess our roof he provided pictures and recoding of the inspection which was very thorough. I was impressed by his professionalism and how he came with a plan of action in assessing our roof. He didn’t drone it he got up on the roof and did a very thorough job, even retracted some loose shingles, that were not set properly. When it came to sharing his findings there was No pressure also Frank shared with some good preventative maintenance tips both on the exterior and in the attic. Frank was extremely knowledgeable about roofing both on the exterior and interior or attic area. When the report was complete Frank said we are good to go and no replacement or repairs we needed at this time, and that he reattached a couple shingles, to prevent a future problem and he did it at no charge. You can rest assure when it comes to roof repairs or replacement in the future I will not hesitate to call Frank and his crew at RDZ Roofing. Thanks again to Frank and his crew at RDZ Roofing. I recently had my roof replaced by RDZ Roofing, and I cannot recommend their services highly enough! Frank was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was not only professional but also incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Frank was always on time for scheduled meetings, making the planning phase smooth and efficient. He took the time to take pictures ahead of time of all of the damage and even spoke to the insurance claim specialist when they came to inspect the home and made sure they had all of the damage noted. He answered all my questions and kept me informed every step of the way with photos and videos as the job was being completed. Working with Frank Rodriguez was exceptional; he took the time to explain all of my options and answer my questions. He did an excellent job on the roof of my home. I called RDZ roofing to do my roof all the way from Temple after using them once in the past in Austin I knew I could trust the quality of work they deliver. The materials for my roof arrived at 9:30am and RDZ roofing was setting up with a 12 man crew by 11:00am my roof was stripped to the studs do to some wood rot and was completely finished without a trace they had been there by 4:30. No trash no nails in my yard nothing just a brand new roof. I love everything how honest and upfront they were about finding the wood rot I was given a link to watch the roof being done live I could see every step of the way and they made everything easy from explaining the insurance process to why they were doing certain things to my roof and correcting issues I wasn’t aware I had.

We called Frank at RDz roofing after my insurance agent suggested using them after a big hailstorm. Beside the roof being replaced. We also needed to have our fence repainted. Garage door replaced and other items done. Frank took care of all these. Made the whole process a lot easier. I highly recommend them to you.
Frank with RDZ roofing is reliable, trustworthy, and simply put-Awesome. He has been my family's trusted roofer for years and will continue to be. Today, for example, we noticed water marks on our ceiling. Frank called me up within a few minutes, immediately knew what the issue was, and was on our roof fixing the leaky seal(s) 20-30 minutes later. He also identified a couple other spots that needed to be patched and fixed those as well. Hands down will call him up for any future issues or advice, and I would recommend anyone else do the same

Highly recommend. Frank was punctual, affordable and was able to fix a squirrel hole the same day I requested a quote. Additionally, he installed new flashing that was not previously installed.
We noticed wet spots on ceiling during the July 4th rain storm/flood. Frank came highly recommended from several people at work. He came out, [on time polite and answered phone/text] Got to work right away took pictures of roof came back and spoke to us told us what our problem was and how he could fix it right than and there and how much. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I was referred to RDZ Roofing via my neighbor, after my roof had sustained hail damage, and boy oh boy am I ever so grateful for that introduction! Frank was super quick to respond and set an appointment to come over for the inspection that needed to be done to get sent out to my insurance. He was straight forward, kind and holds high integrity for the work he and his crew provide. Frank also, went above and beyond in helping me navigate thru the insurance process. I am recently widowed, and my husband was the one who normally took care of all of the "house stuff". Frank was extremely kind to me and empathetic to my situation. He spent the time to answer all my questions and was quick to call me back as MORE questions arose. As for the roof, Frank and his crew did an AMAZING job with the instillation!! I’m a real estate agent in TX. I recently had RDZ Roofing come out to repair a section of my roof, and I am incredibly impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. They carefully pulled off the old shingles, installed new underlayment, and replaced the damaged shingles, including the hip shingles. They even resealed any unsealed 3-tab shingles in the affected area. The team was efficient, thorough, and left the place spotless after the repair. We contracted RDZ Roofing to replace our roof after a hail storm last summer. They were prompt, thorough and very helpful. Frank came out and inspected the roof. He used a drone to take pictures and show me exactly what damage there was. After the examination he sat down and walked us through the process. He was very helpful in communicating with the insurance company to get my claim approved. The roof installation was very quick (just one day for ours). They removed the old roof, underlayment and gutters. The final product looks great. Frank personally came back out and inspected the new roof to make sure everything was good. I would not hesitate to call on RDZ again if/when we need a new roof.
